We ship across India for all orders placed on
thelittle.in. Shipping fees and timelines depend on your location and the size of your order.
We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances can occasionally happen.
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you. We'll always share your tracking details so you can follow the shipment.
Returns
You may return a product within 5 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain products (such as those with hygiene considerations) may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part — in which case, we'll cover it.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll initiate your refund.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method — card, UPI, net banking, or wallet.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, you can return it following our Returns Policy after delivery.

Delivery timelines
We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order.
These timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control can occur.
We shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from delivery delays that are outside our control.
