Delivery timelines
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days of being placed.
Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote locations or during peak seasons and public holidays.
Timelines are estimates — occasional courier delays can happen and are outside our direct control. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
Tracking your order
Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. Use it on the courier's website to follow your package all the way to your door.
If you haven't received a tracking update within 2 business days of placing your order, just email us or WhatsApp us — we'll check on it immediately.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
